Oh my gosh, this is me! I went to therapy with E today, and I wanted to talk about working on attachment stuff, and it started slow and was awkward and I ended up with no words, just listening to E talk and feeling crummy (like lying half in the pool and just having the water leak out beside me).
So are you able to write more about what happened?

I will do. I really want to! My blog is falling by the wayside because my work schedule is rammed. It’s sad as I really like to write. Maybe tomorrow if I can find an hour …. lord knows where! Did you see the YouTube video? I shared that with Em. We both laughed!
